DataWise developed a custom reference model derived from the DMM, aimed at Analytics Consumption. In 2021-2022, we delivered two sessions of Building EDM Capabilities and two sessions of Enterprise Data Management Expert. P&G Global was the first client for our eLearning course suite, now offered to staff worldwide. With our partner in China, DataWise delivered two DMM Assessments for P&G China Region for the Go To Market and Master Data domains.

For the Veterans Health Administration, DataWise is delivering the Building EDM Capabilities and Enterprise Data Management Expert courses, eLearning courses, and a DMM Assessment, working with the VHA Internal Audit group and Veterans Administration data management staff.

DataWise designed and delivered a custom Data Management Self-Assessment survey and checklist, for a web application aimed at 55 organizations engaged in Intelligence, Reconnaissance, and Surveillance, and helped the ACC determine its rollout strategy for data governance.

DataWise led a DMM Assessment for BlackLine, teaming with Sandhill Consultants. The organization is prioritizing and implementing recommendations.

DataWise led an enterprise-wide DMM Assessment for the Defense Logistics Agency, providing gap identification, proposed remediations, and a multi-year roadmap of initiatives to develop a strong data management program.

DataWise delivered the Building EDM Capabilities course for business, technical and data management staff.

DataWise was a successful bidder for a 3 year + 2 option years contract to provide data management and governance consulting and education services to Arizona’s state agencies. Other Arizona organizations, including universities, colleges, counties, tribes, cities, research and non-profits may also issue task orders under this contract. The DataWise team of industry-recognized experts and premiere professionals look forward to supporting the State’s EDM needs.

DataWise is assisting CAQH, a non-profit alliance of health plans and related associations working together to streamline the business of healthcare, in development of a Provider Directory Data Quality Standard (PDDQS) and audit approach for practitioner directory data. This initiative involves specifying critical data elements, creating sampling parameters, determining quality benchmarking criteria, piloting the recommended audit approach, and publication of the PDDQS for CAQH’s member plans and the healthcare industry.

DataWise, teaming with CMMI Institute, is engaged with Wells Fargo for the company’s third DMM Assessment in 2020, and recently conducted training for our Wells Fargo project manager in support of his achieving the Enterprise Data Management Expert (EDME) certification. A case study is scheduled for presentation at the Enterprise Data World conference in 2021.

DataWise, teaming with Sandhill Consulting, led a DMM Assessment for Pinsent and Masons, the second largest law firm in the UK. The Assessment Report and briefing resulted in newly funded initiatives for data governance, metadata, and data quality to support implementation of a data lake and AI capabilities.
